This Personal Data Processing Policy is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure their security by LLP “Freedom Cloud” (hereinafter — the “Policy”).

LLP “Freedom Cloud” identifies the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data—including the right to privacy and protection of personal and family secrets—as one of its highest priorities and essential conditions for conducting its activities.

3. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

LLP “Freedom Cloud” processes the User’s personal data only when provided and/or submitted voluntarily by the User through forms on the website https://cloud-native.kz/, and solely based on their consent.

By filling out these forms and/or submitting their personal data, the User expresses consent to this Policy.

4. The Company May Process the Following User Personal Data

  • First and last name, email address, contact details;
  • Data regarding the use of cloud services;
  • IP addresses, cookies, and other technical data.

5. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal Data

The security of personal data processed by LLP “Freedom Cloud” is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures required to fully comply with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

LLP “Freedom Cloud” ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access. Personal data will never be transferred to third parties except in cases required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The duration of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to LLP “Freedom Cloud”.

6. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before conducting a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Company must verify that the foreign state ensures adequate protection of personal data subjects’ rights.

Cross-border transfer to foreign states that do not meet these requirements may occur only with the written consent of the data subject and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

7. Final Provisions

The User may request clarification on any matter relating to the processing of their personal data by contacting LLP “Freedom Cloud”.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. The new version becomes effective upon its publication on the Company’s website.
